Installation of your canopy

All of our products come with easy to follow Assembly Instructions and most of them can be installed with the help of another person and some basic DIY experience. However you may decide to get some of our Verandas and Hybrid Canopies installed by a builder or professional installer, since they are made with heavier profiles and may also have moving parts or electrical wiring. The Canopy Shop do not offer an installation service, however, we can recommend an experienced installer who will fit any of the canopies and verandas that we sell.

If you would like your canopy installed, we will ask you to complete a simple questionnaire and take a few photographs of the area where the structure is to be fitted. This information will then be passed onto the installer, and he will then contact you direct. Subsequent conversations will be between you and the installer, and he will invoice you directly.

The Canopy Shop will not take any commission from this introduction as we want you to have your canopy or veranda fitted by an experienced installer in the most cost-effective way. The cost of fitting will depend upon the size and type of the canopy, your location and site conditions, there may be additional costs for travelling or overnight stay depending upon where you live however all materials will be included in the cost. A Quick Fit Carport or Harmony Patio Canopy will normally take one day to install while a Homestyle Veranda or Hybrid Canopy will take 2-3 days depending on size and site conditions. The installer will give you full details when he contacts you.

Please note Bappco Ltd, operating under the name of The Canopy Shop, take no responsibility for any fitting work that is carried out by an independent contractor. We advise you to agree the full scope of any work to be done with the installer prior to commencement of the works.
